STRAIN: Hubbabubbasmelloscope

SOIL : Vigoro Organic Sustrato and 10% Humus.

CONTAINER : 15 Lts Pot

LIGHT : Average 12 hrs direct sunlight ( summer time ). Location, Mexico, Playa del Carmen. Temp 31 C at noon. Humidity 80 / 100 % .

FEED : For the first 20 days just regular water ( from bottle ) After that, i just add 1/2 liter of green tea with the watering and after the day 40 some Molases


Birth on July 31 here .....

Day 2 on Soil.

I am so glad you are sharing your grow in a journal. I am very interested to see Hubbabubbasmelloscope growing in 12 hours a day of tropical sun. I wonder how big it will get. Do your plants get any shade?

Is this the soil you are using? I saw it at Home Depot.

The sun here is like this

Sunrise 6.25 am
Sunset 19.21 pm

She get sunlight from 9.30 /10 am till Sunset. She gets shade only early in the morning.


Bubba, this is the one i found on Home Depot in Playa del Carmen.

Also, can you help me please and tell me if you see anything i can use from their nut ?

Do they have Silicon? My Spanish skills are pretty rusty.

Silicon is cheap, but rarely included in fertilizers. It helps plant build stronger tissue so they can tolerate heat, wind, bugs. It is never included in liquid fertilizers because they can't keep it in solution, it binds with other stuff and precipitates out. Its rarely included in powder fertilizers. I don't know why, lazy manufacturers?

I use silicon for every plant I grow, start to finish. Think it as cheap insurance.

$22 seems expensive, but you just use a little each time. That bottle could last more than a year.

Good luck bro, got the makings of a interesting grow so if you dont mind i will tag along for the ride.

HubbaBubba is right in saying the Silicon would help strengthen her up to the extreme climate, silicona is silicon in Spanish but the type used in construction or fake titties lol you would want to look for silicatos when it comes to gardening, could not find much that i could say for sure would be good for Cannabis nutes in your link to Home Depot they just seem to stock basic general purpose nutes that may or may not work, have linked below to a online Cannabis shop in Mexico that i have seen good things said about on the Spanish Cannabis forums they look to stock just about everything you would need including Armor Si which is a silicon supplement.
