Left with only one survivor out of five regular Short Stuff Onyx Autos, I am hoping that it turns out to be a fem. In the short time these have from seed to harvest, is it possible to do a partial sex reversal and allow it to self pollinate in order to get seeds?

it is possible but not advisable from myself , however , if you would like to do it the info you need is in this section of the forum , i believe sts is the way you would want to go and possibly asking cres for some guidence if he has the time

best of luck and peace

Yes you can, I ususaly do.
Sts as bob mentioned.
Realy strong 1:1 mix applied. 2 times a day.
It won't hurt them.

I'd recomend self pollenating longer flowering sativa like this.

But with fast indica I'd advise reversing a branch and applying it to another plant.
By the time the indica gets ball an pollen flying shes about done.
Pushing em past there done date can lead to rhodalization "nanners" witch can seed your room....

Thanks Bob! I have been reading up on CS & GA3, will look into STS too. Will keep you all up on my progress. The survivor is only starting on its second set of leaves now, so it will take some time. I'll see if Cres has any pointers for my situation.

I think my only option, other than investing in more seedbank seeds, is going to try reversing a branch as you advise. If timing doesn't work in my favor and self-pollination doesn't take, I can leave it to chance with Rodelization. According to Soma "Usually they do not let out any pollen early enough to make seeds, but they sometimes do." At least I could collect the pollen for my next grow.

I dont think I have heard of an auto being strait male.
