Live Stoner Chat Its a sad day for Sweden and for Justin,,,and justice....

Dude im so sorry for you. What a shame i hope you can eventually get something started up again.

Off course I will.

"At the end of the storm, there’s a golden sky
And the sweet, silver song of a lark"

They knocked me down but I get up again cuase they never gonna keep me down!

Damn bro, i am new around here and only just came across your story, have just read it from start to end with a lump in my throat, and a pain in my heart for you and your girlfriend. It just sucks so much that decent people can be persecuted in such a way for doing what they love and causing no harm to anyone. Some goverments need to wake up to the century that we are now in and move forwards with the times.

My wife, daughter and i will be moving on from Spain in the next 2-3 years and Stockholm was one of the three places on our list, as after a couple of visits we were both very impressed with what we thought where the modern and liberal views of Sweden in a whole. Well looks like thats off the list now as the views to canna seem to still be in the dark ages, still a beautiful country though with some amazing people.

Once again sorry to hear your story and the hard times that you and your girlfriend have been forced to go through, sending you buckets full of good karma and love from Spain, and wishing you both luck and happiness for the future.

Thats the spirit. Everyone ends up with scars from life eventually. Some cry over having a blemish. Some just look at them as reminders of life's lessons.

In the states we have a nifty little thing in our legal system you may want to just ask your lawyer about if yours has the same or similar, "Withheld Adjudication". Often a judge will add it to the final decree that if the first time offender completes all the courts orders successfully, the "Guilty" is erased from the record. It has saved many a young persons future considering some of the Draconian consequences of the Drug War. Loss of student aide eligibility for starters.
It's pretty routine here for a lawyer to request it during negotiations.

The laws in Sweden is well fucked up my friend.
[cut]
And the worst thing is that the police is so brainwashed about everything about canna and so is a big big part of the population in Sweden. They really see no difference between canna and heroin... sad but true.

Tis the same here in UK, the majority of the uk public also believe that cannabis is dangerous...
Having also been raided and arrested by the Notts police, I know how you feel... but I turned the raid around on them, got all my equipment back (not my weed, that had been destroyed), got a personal apology from the Notts chief constable, and he also told me to carry on growing if I wish, I will be left alone...

It helps being a cripple in cases like this.

Justin, I'm glad to hear that it will be more of an inconvenience than a life shattering event. Good move on the lawyer.
Cheers bro, The way I see it Life is full of inconvenience moments and almost no life shattering moments but is all up to you to decide what is what. Every set back in my life is only making me stronger and more prepared for the next set back. And with all the love and support I got and still get from here I am starting to think it was all worth it.

Glad to hear calm has returned to the woods.
Thank you friend, It took some time to wash away the pig smell from my woods but now its all gone and I am enjoying the peace out here again.
Good news for you Justinsane. Now--you can breath freely once again. Not as bad as originally thought.

Cheers

You guys are the good news. My love to you all.

My thoughts are with you, so sad.
Thank you very much my friend.

You my friend makes my heart all warm and fuzzy :)
But DONT blow off Sweden and Stockholm from your list just because of that. Sweden is a little like the beauty and the beast wrapped up in one. This country has an amazing safety net, we take really good care of people that dont have jobs and money and so on, we have really nice people here and an wonderful nature. But in some ways (canna laws etc) we still live in the dark ages.
Thank you very much for your warm words,, made both my girl and me a little wet in the eyes.

I have sent mail to my lawyer about this but I have no hope at all that we have that thing here, I really hope that I am wrong there. Thanks for taking your time to tell me about it bro.

Hey bro, thanks for stopping by and telling me.
I am just a cripple in my brain...with ad/hd and depression 24/7 and in Sweden canna does not help with that...
I wonder what it is about Sweden that takes all the medical value out of canna as soon as its get here...stupid land..lol

Still waiting to see if I get my equipment back or not..I have told them that I want everything besides weed and seed back.

Happy to hear that my few simple words could make you feel that way in such a low time.

Ok will not blow off Stockholm from our list, just scared me away a bit to hear the true and harsh reality of the Swedish canna laws, as i could not live anywhere without setting up some kind of grow as the same as you it is something i love, and from growing to smoking puts me in that happy and tranquil place i like to be. But you are right when you say in the most part the system is made for and works in the best way for the people, and it is one of the most beautiful places i have ever had the pleasure to be, with a friendly social culture with some of the nicest people you could ever meet.

Well here is to your future, which i am sure will be a bright and happy one once the storm passes as you are on the right track to continue your studies and am sure any judge will see that and will consider it when looking at your case.

I am in complete sympathy with your situation Justinsane it sounds like your adjusting to the situation well . My advise for what it's worth " accept it, move on and learn from it " . We all have to be reminded from time to time that what we do is breaking the law as it stands now . Down the road who knows . :tiphat:
