After some days of thinking I dont think i will even get a lawyer...I want to defend my self in this case....maybe real stupid but maybe not.

They wanna get me for "manufacturing of drugs" "selling drugs" and "personal use of drugs"

well....

I have not made any drugs...all I have done is provide a plant with light water and nutes....it is the plant it self that are making the thc (drugs) not me.
If I were making speed, coke, lsd, xtc or heroin then it would be ME who is making the drugs...now its really not.

I have not sold 1 gram and I made 1 cup of tea from the leaves...like I do with nettles all the time and really did not know what to expect.....man I got high and I did not like it one bit...

Then they took me to the arrest and held and hearing with me while I was high as a kite....thats not allowed to do so I will make that hearing and everything I said not count, frankly I dont even remember that hearing at all even less what I said.

I think I´m starting to like this friggin mess a little bit...the agiator in me LOVES it...lol

Stick it to them. The Swedish law needs to catch up. I think your Justin the Sane ,it's the Authorities that are insane busting up your peaceful woodland existence,truly horrorfying. Wishing you good luck and peace.

I do know a little about swedish police and
You should lawyer up
1,If they left out on the report that you was high, word against word,, you lose,
You need a blood sample from the day they took you in for interrogation,,Again you will loose on that one
2. they weigh the hole plant, and you will get "fined accordingly"
3. they test weed for potency,, more potent bigger fine,
4. if you did use hydro, that´s pro, equipment, bigger fine,
5. if they did fine scales and zip bags for sale,, Proper fuckt, Distrubution.
6. If you use hps light, they can see for how long that has been used,
and determine how long time you have grown, and sold your weed, Distrubution,
7. personal use of drugs, Small fine no biggy,

8. 1-2kg of weed and distrubution 1,5-2,5 years in jail maybe more
that was the bad news
Good news
1. if you have pain problems (medical ducomented) that could be used for your advantage.
2. if first timer, and your are a good citizen, pay your biils, have a job e.t.c.
if lucky no jail time,
3. If no jail time,, and you get caught with 1g of weed, in x time period, you will go to jail,,

What i just wrote is just something you should think about.
Nothing is set in stone.
bud you should always think worst case scenario in these matters..
You might find free legal advice in sweden, if you look for it..
I have been in this "environment" a loooong time and do know what im talking about,,

Hi brother and thanks for good answer or reply.

1. I told a total of 10 cops including the one who held the hearing that I was high on canna tea. More then 1 time.
2. I will NOT accept that tho, not when the plant is 75-80% water. (maybe does not matter what i think but I can talk for myself and in a good way)
3.I did not grow any super potent weed, never had never will.
4.Hempy buckets...so plastic buckets...just over 1 gallon.
5.I had 1 scale (for my GHE powder feeding nutes) and small zip lock bags that me and my girl Uses for buttons and jewlery, cant even fit 1 gram of bud in them...they are really small.
6.I was using hps and been doing so for a while...only one grow for weed, many more with chili and tomatoes. Even had chilli and tomato plants to show them. And I live in a house and we have used only one heater in that house so I dont think my bills will show anything out of the ordinary, even compared my electric bills with other houses our size and we are well under what other use.
7. One cup of tea in whole my life.
8. No weed here only half finished plants no where near those numbers (when dried and ready for use)

So what looks like 100g dry is about 1kg,,,

At this moment the politics in sweden is considering harder / longer sentence for drugs,
But that something to worry about next summer,
but they already carry it out,, in the domstolar,,

He got caught and got 6 Months and a 60,000 euro fine.

I'd advise you to Lawyer up..:tiphat:..you cannot give Good Arguments to people who are Close Minded..they will not even Listen.

Justin, that is a real bad story. Makes me wanna weep at the injustice. Please keep in touch. We are here not just for weed, for each other too. Now the bad news......

From my experience, in the UK, you tend to find that your sentence will have been decided by the judge/magistrate before you even enter the courtroom. What you have to say in mitigation is irrelevant. You may as well make a plea to a toilet seat as the judge for what diff it will make. They are closed minded and want to punish the evil drug pusher. That is the headline they want and the headline they will get.
I am not saying just bend over and take it, no, fight on, if only for your self respect, but what I am saying is, don't get your hopes up.

Oh brother I understand that you only want the best for me

But they had dumped all the root mass in my garden and took all the rest away from here. So if the dident bring big scales here they did not weight out the root mass, and thats a big fucking bonus then...

And no Sane man will accept paying fine for root mass. I think they get away with that because no one does question it.

Maybe, just maybe my plants had a total of 60 grams of bud when dried so for me they really came at the right time (like it could ever be) the rest where in veg (male or female I dont know).

I remember I was a little angry that my buds where so fluffy and really did not pack on any weight, not so angry about that now tho..lol
