I use a submersible pump 300 lph should do it.
Submersible wont work. I have to be able to apply this to an active tank. So a hose on either end is kind of required. I'm looking for a pump that isn't too high volume (I'd actually prefer it was slow) and can use narrow tubing. Probably going to be a DIY project, too.
