It wouldn't hurt to take a sample and test the run off. I have recently lost some seedlings due to a batch of coco that was acidic. This will be normal practice for me now

Good idea, I just mixed up a batch of 50/50 coco/perlite for my autopots/transition containers and I added some CalMag and Grotek Kick Start at EC 0.9 (including my tap water) and pH to 5.8 as I'm considering it a hydroponic grow. I was going to pot up tomorrow after letting the mix sit overnight but I'll test runoff for sure before planting.
Sorry you lost your seedlings, I cut corners as I have so much to do in my room but it pays to slow down and think, something I need to do more!!
