Yea well these small towns get 40k for each person they convict. So the system that's set up has been corrupt a long time. Nobody can fight the system without money, court appointed lawyers sell u out every time

A year for 3 grams is obscene....they need to pull their heads out of their asses and see what is actually right and just!

You would think but in ohio these money hungry cops gotta keep the private prisons filled up with low level crime aka anything weed. My kid went to jail a couple years ago for 3 grams got a year. Pretty fucking sad

For 3 grams? How many years back was that? And what were other circumstances surrounding it? I've been busted with an ounce in my guitar case, And all they did was take the weed, and write me out a $100 ticket w/ court appearance.
If it was recently, I'd hit up the NORML website, and find a lawyer in your area to write up an appeal, And sue the ones that charged him for not following the law. Ohio is a "decriminalized" state, Anything under 100 grams (if there are no scales, multiple baggies etc etc- suggesting sale of weed, and no paraphernalia ie pipes, bowls, papers etc etc) is a $100 ticket firat round. 2nd round it's $250 and probation. 3rd time you get a lawyer and file a restraining order against the police for harrassment lol

It was bout 4 years ago. His supposed friend was getting his friend a bag. His friend was a cop imagine that. See for some reason these lil pussies in have no code. So my son went down for 3 grams a 20 sac . that's how bad man.They will do a sting for a gram thirsty bastards

Only the stupid ones showing piles of cash and bragging. And all though cops will surely bust home growers, they are looking for the cash crop growers. Instagram and Facecrook are where you'll find cops looking they are a goldmine of stupid people showing off!

That said, a VPN is cheap insurance, in fact, as a computer professional, I recommend not going online at all with using a VPN, it not only protects you from cops, it keeps other nefarious individuals from getting into your computer. And most vpn's let you add your phone also.

Show me some evidence of someone getting busted for online activity ?
I for one am glad that 90% of police activity online is for kiddie fiddling.
Sure we can all get vpn’s.but if the police put some time into AFN im sure thay would say to themselves why bother.
If using a smart fone to take pics,make it a stupid fone by turning everything off.

Thankfully I'm not IN either of those towns lol.
As a musician, I've spoken with police chiefs and officers about weed at some of the small town festivals we play. The majority of them don't give a damn about it anymore because they're chasing down heroin and meth. Funny thing is, the small town guys don't bother me. I got busted with an ounce in the state capital, And those guys were assholes.

The bottom line is AFN is not giving any info on anyone and global mods have no acces to your IP. Hobbes and the rest care deeply about all users security and anyone that says anything different is flat out wrong.

Well that's really good to know. I had to ask brothers. I gotta keep safe. Jails no fun and then nobody to take of the lady here. Good to know and hear. Least u all keep it safe here for,us

I agree. LEOs are not interested in us, but a local cop will go out of their way to get anyone they want and it may be you in their town.

Yep that is all I worry bout here, lil town cops are thr worst.
