What breed? Mine is a German Shepherd/Pit mix rescue, she stole bacon off the counter this morning, otherwise she is a good girl.
stealing food be normal, Zip is a very skilled thief:biggrin:, and he's a mutt from the Village, and he's got some Shepard and Dachshund

Cool, I have been wanting to compost my own and I finally have a garage to do it in. But a few people have pointed out that the bugs and such will be present because of that, though as long as they aren't nuisance pests they should just add some frass to the mix naturally I would think? Have you composted yours in proximity to your growing space?

It's my home-made concoction, been a few years trying to tune it in:haha:

Mine was from Texas somewhere, I have caught her plenty of times full on standing on the table just eating dinner. The more Pit's I have been around the more I realize it is just their natural tendency to act like people because they want to be like us. She walks on two legs a lot and likes to dance, it is quite hilarious. I once got nipped on the lower lip by a Pit that I knew very well, I was surprised she did it. That was almost ten years ago. After having mine the last two years and being around several others recently, in retrospect I am pretty sure she was just trying to give me a kiss and the cataracts made her miss. We are still friends though, no hard feeling came lol

Bugs will certainly be present :smoking:...mostly beneficial it's kind of how it works. Worm bin is good in the garage, maybe not compost a pile but a compost tumbler may be the ticket

Given up on finding it.

I know it's here as I've read it. I wish I had ordered them when it was fresh on my mind.

Can anyone suggest a robust small fan that clips onto a tent pole?

I really don't want to keep buying these uber cheap ones that fail within a few months.
Secret Jardin Monkey fan, I have the oscillating one and so far has been good.

I'ma compost grower. I compost my own poop, humanure, with green stuff from around the house, fish waste from the fish rack, and whatever we or the dogs don't eat. Obviously you wouldn't wanna do this in your garage:biggrin: I think Jraven's worm bin thing the cleanest for indoor. Anyway, here's my "flow chart"......compost to raised garden bed, and after 2yrs, ready for the greenhouse. Every thing, except the advent of winter, goes slow in the arctic
