can't do any work while slapping, after decades the skin around my eyes is totally changed, got callused skin at corners and into eyebrows where bugs free feed while I work.

I tossed garbage bags for Crook County Parks and Rec three days a week back when I was a wee lad lol The maggots would pour out the side of the bags when they ripped. But the best was going to Ochoco Reservoir County Park and dumping garbage cans at the fish cleaning station. Once a week was the "genius" schedule all summer. 100 degree days and galvanized pails of bullhead and trout guts, I don't know what gets much worse than that. Luckily I have guts of steel!

In 25 years up here only 1 bad bear, a big grizz, and yeah, wouldn't leave the compost pile, charged me, bang!

These black bears are all over the neighborhood lol they are real prone to take advantage of our lapses in hygiene

In Montana had a bunch of free ranging banties, maggots and flies had almost no chance
