I would think you should be alright until heat starts to really crank up. Plants here don't seem to show any signs of heat stress until days are 35c +. Young plants will suffer a lot if not acclimatized properly first.
Are you going photos or autos? Low humidity and high temperatures can be a real bitch to grow in but doable, I would be looking at some nice indica dominant strains as I'm finding sativa doms really piss and moan when it's hot and humidity drops
Once it gets into mid summer here it hits around 100-110F pretty much every day. Get's down to maybe the low 90's overnight if you're lucky. It's not just the blaring, unrelenting desert sun that worries me, though. I'm doing a container garden on an old hot tub pad in the south east corner of the yard, so it's all concrete and rock and stone wall nearby. The reflective and radiant heat off all that stone could be an issue as well. So I'm thinking a 30-40% range shade cloth overhead to help keep temps down a little. Hoping it might also trap in some humidity with how dry it is here, but will be open sided so doubtful it'll do much on that front.
Just not sure if I should prioritize trying to have it up and ready as soon as the plants go outside or if it's something that can wait until the temps start to really crank up.
