Oh shit, just saw that my OG Growlite hood has a recall issued!

Apparently the top box can fail, short out and cause a fire or electric shock!

Went to look at the possibly new house a little while ago. Friggin realtor didn't have the right combo to the lockbox, So we have to go back tomorrow night to check it out.
Found out there's a $21k difference between the bank's lowest dollar, and what the realtor has it listed for, So I'll shoot for the bank's price lol

Just write down a list of like five things that need repairs too and how much they cost roughly, they will start coming down. Just gotta work them over and show them whose boss.
