Well, I get constant hot and humid all year round. Nothing much I can do since I don't grow in a tent. The AC bill would be crazy. I just kinda grow around it without giving much thought. They usually turn out fine except for a plant that fell victim to mealy bugs, my numero uno hated bug!
If u recall, I still plan to use that recycled soil with infected plant matter in them. My last update about 3 months back was I drenched them in H2O2 solution and just let them sit there for couple months. Few days ago, i drenched with Wood Vinegar. After they dry up a bit, will drench with some Effective Microorganisms (EM) which is mainly lactic acid bacteria. I believe it should be good as a base soil in a few weeks. I hope I'm right. Lol
