Old Reviews Kannastor - Medium Size Grinder

Not a review but a request for one, been looking to replace my cheap alloy grinder, the more I look at these the more I need one
Only thing that worries me is the teeth on the acrylic top look a bit fragile?
Anyone using one that can let me know how they are? I'm going to Amsterdam early january so might treat myself

I've got an acryllic top on mine... alloy teeth inlaid within the acrylic... eh... almost exactly like your model and pretty much its made to contend with stems and leaves... so it wins every time. I would have to imagine the nug that breaks the grinder would also be worth it just to say you have destructo weed.

What I'm tryin to say is, don't doubt the integrity of that design, instead look towards a more innovative one, for example the vrey popular space case. Large diameter for larger buds, a 4 piece design, I think, with the kief catcher. Well worth it to spend money there.

Been nearly a year since owning my grinders so thought i'd stick a review up

Ended up getting the small ( 1.5") and medium (2") Kannastor grinders, small one with a solid top and the medium with the clear top (for some reason you cannot buy the medium solid top in the UK)

EDIT - To add I didn't buy these grinders from the Dam in Jan. Paraphernalia shops seem to sell crap, so purchased from a. co. uk

First thing I noticed was the quality, made very well and feel good in the hand, for the first week or so I found myself caressing them while watching tv :
My first worry before I purchased was the teeth of the medium grinder set in acrylic, was a bit dubious about them falling out but can say they are not going anywhere, i've ground up dealer weed and to get my moneys worth the twigs and everything goes in and effortlessly grinds up
The kief catcher works well in the medium one but not so good in the small, just dont think theres enough surface area for it to work
I've also dropped them a few times which rendered my old cheep grinder useless as it dented the side and it wouldnt screw together, these kannastors are made with a good quality alloy

All in all superb grinders that I would reccomend :thumbs:

I just got my 2.5 inch, 4-piece, solid Kannastor in the mail today. WOW, this grinder is solid. Machined aluminum. Magnetic top. Great solid feel. I threw a nice sized nug in it with a thicker stem for good measure, twisted a few times, and perfect vaporizor grind. I read a review somewhere, where the poster stated he bent the teeth. He must have put rocks in it, this grinder is bombproof. I would recommend ithis grinder.
