Keeping your PPM down and Growing with Rainwater

Looking for easy cheap ways to keep my ppm down as they stay between 250 and 300 usually.........

And really just tryin to see if anyone whose used rainwater had better results than the normal methods using tap and purification or deionizing systems

I always ues rainwater for every plant indoor and out.
All plants i know prefer rainwater.

Rainwater so all natural only concerns for it would be if you live in a super hazy place where the rain falls through exaust and all that crud I'm sure it would effect your plants

Thanks guys......a buddy mentioned to me ab it and id heard ab it but he was all talkin like rainwater is the best way to go.......which makes sense w it being natural and all but i wasnt sure......figured id check before just takin a person on their word wether i know em or not ya know.....

Rainwater is awesome, plants love it! Just add your nutes and check the pH to make sure. A small airstone and pump to oxygenate it before use always helps.

I checked my rainwaters ppm this morning after last nights rain i collected 3 5 gallon buckets worth and my meter read 13 ppm in all 3 buckets......w a ph of 7.1.......thats in the most northeastern part of Kentucky as u can go just incase anyone close is wondering what our areas rainwater is like........

If you live in Alabama, don't get caught collecting it! It's illegal!

Baldwin County was trying to get a Rain Tax voted in when we left.

You pay a tax for every square foot where "the rain does not flow naturally into the soil," meaning, your sidewalk, driveway, extra outbuildings (other than livestock), greenhouses, decks, patios...

Wouldn't collect if you're in an area with very heavy CTs, either... high aluminum & barium = not good.
