Lighting Kind K5 xl750 rebuild

That kind panel is about the size of my Amare and it comes with 6 cobs for a full 4x4. If you go with 9 cobs you'll be cooking plants
I was thinking 12 lol. Beauty is I can just unplug it and use it elsewhere. That crimp tool is awesome

This is turning into a weekend only thread like the rest around here? Where's the updates man

Just got my other citizen in today. I'm on it right now

@BigSm0 you know what I just realized. My light had an internal thermometer so I can see the temperature on the display. Just incase I run too many lights lol. She'll shut down if it exceeds 158 degrees Fahrenheit.

Have you done the exact math on the heat/par of the new vs the old yet? You were roughly 350 watts of heat and 100 par watts to 225 par watts and 225 watts of heat now.

I'll take that upgrade all day.

Once you plug it in and get the wattage it will be easier to figure out. Takes a lot of math now using driver output vs the cobs to get the exact

Do you know the efficiency on the clu048 1812 roughly?

@55watts it's 44.7 1050ma driver
@75watts its 42. 1400ma driver

So it's basically double the efficiency of the kind.
You should be around 400watts which is about 50watts less then the blurple with more than twice the light.
