Lighting Kind K5 xl750 rebuild

The top right cob! I like those little reflector holders. They are sort of a small reflector on its own and they help even out the pressure on the cob. The cob holders alone are to flimsy and distort a little.

I think cobkits is going to start stocking getian cobs soon. Close to the citi prices but faster turnarounds. Cree's are expected to drop a lot in price in the net few weeks too which means a new cob. Vero will have new cobs out too.

I was hearing about that. I do have the holders and reflectors coming from cob kits. With some more clu048 1818 CRI 90. Probably going to throw a driver in there since the existing one from the k3 is a little too week. Or I replace those two maybe with the 1212s

You obviously can tell. Wait until I throw a third light in the middle lol. My basement looked like the surface of the sun.

That's awesome Jupiter. Your the sickest sob around tearing apart a 1200 dollar panel but you really did make it twice as good for very little money. I just don't understand kind though. They spent a lot of time and money designing and building such large lights but the biggest factor which is the LEDs they cheaped out as much as possible. :wall::wall:
With all the advertising they do suck people in though. It's like building a sls amg Benz and dropping in a 1992 Hyundai Accent engine. Yuck

Yeah don't know why they would do that but it's probably about $$$. So those two dim cobs are run off of the existing 40v driver that was for the original blue diodes. The voltage was around 48v. Surprised it turned on. So I have for more citizen coming Monday with the reflectors so now I just need to find a driver for all four @BigSm0. Hlg240-1050c maybe?

And I almost bought 8 of those clu058-1825. Price changed my mind.

Is there a significant increase in par output from the 058?

How's the light going? Is it up and running yet?
Yeah I gave her a test run and everything ran well. The rest of my cobs and reflectors come in tomorrow so I'll post a pic then. My other driver comes in Thursday /Friday
