Lighting Leafs drooping under platinum LEDs

My plants are at day 22 and are growing rapidly. Im following tangs feeding schedule and currently having 500mls a day. When I water each time my pots are dry. They do seem to perk up after watering but droop most of the time. Im going to be bumping up the amount of water tomorrow. Not sure if I'm underwatering or are my pannels causing this being to close? They are at the recommended hight 24"

I doubt the light is making them droop but I have mine at 28 inches and no problem.At this age the roots are probably at the bottom so make sure you water entire pot.

Maybe feed/water them a bit more and let them go an extra day?

Right okay. My lights are at the same distance now. I gave them a litre today and had a bit of run off. I'll see how that goes. They're growing rapidly now.
