Lighting Led light height! Got sick plants..

Hey guys been copping sick plant after sick plant in my new little cab i didnt follow manufacturers guidelines silly me and went for around 18"s above my girls now i have heard leds need a certain height for colours to mix im unsure if this is why my girls are sick or not if anyone has any insight go ahead! I doubt your light height has anything to do with sick olants. LED can lead to cal/mag def but over all will not cause them to be "sick plants" especially a 300 @18 inches


Can you do us a favor and post all of the specifics. Like soil, temps, fert and all that good stuff

Ok so temps have been 24ish humidity low at 35% soil grow.. have repotted into fresh untouched medium the last few days! Reason i ask is i removed two sick clones from my cab and placed them outside in winter and they have replenished and yet it was simply repotted using every ounce of medium into other potting soil and the only factor i can gather that changed was the light!
