Indoor Light schedule for semi-auto's?

Hi All,

I am currently growing 4 x Ruderalis Indica by Seni Seeds which are classed as semi-auto's. Should I treat them as photosensitive and give them a light schedule of 12/12 or should I continue with 18/6. They're currently 4 - 5 weeks into flower under 480w of mixed HPS and CFL lighting.
