I wish I could say that. Where I live, Easter egg hunts in snow aren't unheard of.

Damn we can plant till mothers day weekend. Thats the rule of thumb here. And march is usually the snowiest month but the temps are normally above freezing at least.

We have had freezes and snow right up until the end of May. What sucks is a long warm spell in April causing trees to start flowering and then two weeks of sub freezing weather killing off the new growth....you have to be careful planting before Memorial day!

After easter here we are mostly in the clear to have above freezing weather and no more snow. Do remember a few times that its snowed easter But We do sometimes have a cold night or 2 in may when you have to cover the plants to not get frost on them.

Just finished off my first meph wedding second one is drying right now the third is about 12 days old. So frosty I had to keep it in the rotation.
