Pressure test was good (well the second time, had to tighten up the clean out cap with the channel lock) so I think we are golden! Thanks again @PinkyNotTheBrain, definitely wouldn't have gone as smoothly without your help!
I'm hoping it goes lower, I flushed the heck out of it, installed the membranes and ran it for an hour. It read 120ish, so another big flush and it dropped to 60.
I only show 40psi, maybe when the water softener goes in I'll up the pressure
Well that may depend on your water pressure supply coming in? I recently had a screw up and had low pressure on my gauge and stoner me accidently left the flush valve open for I don't know how long.. Some point after installing the new membranes and relocating the unit I think the flush valve was open for a couple weeks
When I first install mine sediment and carbon filter go in then run for 15 min discard water then install membrane and run for 30 min discard water... then install DI resin and your good to go.. After MOG explained the flush valve to you I read up on it as I did not remember that part
I haven't done the final step yet of "patting myself on the back and smoking a fat bowl" since I had to call my mom and let her know lmao but as soon as I can get her off the phone I will lmao
