Good morning all. Woke up too 4 inches of snow yay.
Woke up way to early with the hallway smoke detector chirping outside the grow room. Got the ladder and yanked it down, searched for 9volt batteries that weren't there. 
I'm sure it will be singing all day in my sweater drawer.

Sucks cause everything was all clear and melted back to square one again
Weird weather day....again.........yesterday we were to 17C....but the Strong winds feel as if they have Snow in them.....
Absolutely Bitter.
I Do notice the temps take a steep fall in a few days...so I Think the wind is going to cool the earth.....

I love the carbon steel!!!So, I’ve got two….the big one is a 12” mercer I got in culinary school in 2012….mercer makes several different levels of knife, to fit various budgets. They’re all quality, and are found in alot of restaurants. Amazon carries them.
The other one is a 10” hand made carbon steel. It was made by this guy
