I was going to open a can of hash to have with fried eggs this morn, but now it will be a letdown knowing you are making hash....

Corned Beef Hash with a poached egg on top is apparently the most Favourite breakfast in the Savoy Hotel in London.......

I Remind hubby every time I cook it for him..............I'm not sure the tatties are right for it ATM.....but he'll Love it anyway.......
