Im leaning towards yes but Ill let it go if anyone else with a little more expirience says otherwise. But from what I can see its almost 5ish% amber.

The netherlands and Amsterdam have gone VERY unfriendly over the years... I remeber years back my brother and I planned a trip cuz it was a chill pl;ace... now... it's practically becoming a full fledged police state.
