Our mail trucks here are all right hand drive still and we're in a city lol

All of our rural postal delivery people drive our normal left hand drive cars , but from the right hand seat, LOL, left leg and foot over the hump doing gas and brake so they can reach out the right hand window and put the mail in the mail box.....

Same! One was a substitute drivers ed teacher and had the pedals on the right but wheel on left

When I lived out in the country some rural mail carriers had the conversion kit on their rides. Some kind of pulley and belt for steering and pedals on passenger side.

Same, it’s par for rural carriers. Ours changes rig about every 8-10 mos
