$100 Shouldn't cost more than like $25-35 to make a full sheet pan that's probably 8lbs of lasagna. And most of that $ is in the cheese

Everyone raves about my aunt s n ya they're lik 75 a piece depending on if they have everything at the little Sicilian import. Sauce takes like 8 hours minimum. I gotta food saver gallon bag of it in the basement freezer cuz im spoiled n almost everyone else's sauce tastes bland to me now.

Lasagna is a rare thing around here cause I spend too much on it...never got by without spending 100 bucks on ingredients......and it's gotta be Ricotta...none of those alternatives

When I made lasagna, I made lasagna! I made 4 big deep pans. We'd eat on the one and cut up and freeze the others.
We got the kids involved and made an assembly line. It was purely a time thing in the beginning, but the kids loved it.

Guess I never knew how expensive it was it is normally a holiday thing around here so it makes sense... My family always has a lasagna for holiday dinners
