I'll make her zoodles for a quick dinner. Usually Mondays I'll braise sausage or meatballs in some sauce and have it with pasta, so I'll make her zoodles. But my great grandmother would turn in her grave if I ever even thought about a zucchini lasagna

Everyone raves about my aunt s n ya they're lik 75 a piece depending on if they have everything at the little Sicilian import. Sauce takes like 8 hours minimum. I gotta food saver gallon bag of it in the basement freezer cuz im spoiled n almost everyone else's sauce tastes bland to me now.View attachment 1577446
