Im using emerald harvest at the min and was using remo nutes before then also there not that hard to grow ok ive got great lights but i just treat a solo like a miniture plant of say a 15ltr it just involves keeping her fed and great ginetics and @Dinafem-Mark s team s cookies has been the best in a solo ive grown and shes the 4th ive done and i dont know how her stalks so big shes a freaky girl and deffo an oz plus plant

Dutch Pro for me and water twice a day, when in a pot/cup this size.
My strains are Ruby and Spirit Walker from The Autoflower Portal Gift Shop.
Tom and I are both using SanLight LED's Mine are the S4W's and Toms are the Q6W's.
A little foliar feeding also helps them get going!

I would ballpark them both in that weight zone come chop time! (fingers crossed)
Imagine if (or when ) we both grow the same strain, it would/will be nail biting to the end!

My man, you have a Telos, they are great LED's for sure, you will do well with that light!
I wouldn't sell my soul to no mofo, time and patience plus a little TLC and you can grow just like Tom and I!

Dinafem sponsored a comp last year, which I unfortunately couldn't compete in but Tom won the comp!
He got 31 grams if memory serves.
I am thinking that Dinafem will do a similar comp this year, just watch this space for the info!

There you will see how Tom and the other contestants, grew their Solo Cup Dinafem ladies!
I hope it will inspire you to give growing a solo cup girl of your own!
The thing to remember is make sure to use a bit of cal mag, water often (you may have to do this twice a day), When the pot gets root bound, try bottom feeding (feed in a saucer and let them drink it up from the bottom), when budsites get obscured by big fan leaves pluck them off and allow the light to get to the bud sites!
As long as you watch your EC (Or PPM's and check which scale you are using) and PH and follow the manufacturer's guide lines you should be good to go!
