I had it set at what I thought was about 425, I checked it earlier today and it was actually getting about 525-550. I turned it down this morning, now its only getting 425 max for sure.

You should turn it down to around 250-275 IMO, and see how she reacts. She should begin to pray . 425 is good for the beginning flower.
