Anything 20k btu and up will work…some camping stoves work ok. Some of those turkey fryer burners get up around 80k btu and work really well.

My right front burner is 18K and it works on small amounts, plenty for the two of us. This is the wok burner some guy on the web says is best.

160K BTU



They should call it The Beneford Jet 160,000
