Hi @St. Tom, thanks for checking in. I used automated top feed to runoff, six times a day, in coco/perlite, pretty much exactly as described on Cocoforcannabis.com. I don't recall if I was onto Jack's nutes by then, but if not, it was MCII. Some of the solos were ventilated, I can't recall if they all were. I don't know whether it helps, but I now do it for serious solo runs (as opposed to mere pollen plants) whether they need it or not.

so to me, those are official solo cups as you would be surprised how many people let some roots escape from the bottom and then feed it like a dwc as you can grow a monster that way but its still cheating .i used to treat mine like mini strunk down big plants so fed to run off about twice a day normally is enough but sometimes 3 in flower when there very hungry

Haven't noticed but now that I think of it, I sprained my ankle pretty bad a couple weeks ago. Thought I was gonna miss some time from work. But somehow shook it off by the next day. It's still messed up but the real painful part went away really quick. Haven't sprained it that bad in years. Don't know if that's mushroom related but it's possible since I never took anything for it
