Yep, no smell, and you are keeping it around 180* max, so you aren't burning off any of the more delicate terpenes or cannabanoids.
I think you're losing a good bit of potency without decarbing and/or only cooking for that long. It takes several hours to infuse and you're starting with zero converted THC. 3-4 hours is good if you're using decarbed flower, but 8-12 if it's raw flower. You can decarb in the jars in the oven and open them outside to help with smell
