24 to 26 is good until they finish stretching. Looks good though.

They just look stunned to me and I don't know what's wrong with my GSC she looks sad will bring the light a couple inches closer see if that perks her up abit

What are them temps like in your area? Is the floor cold

Some will argue that t5's and CFL's are the way to go for seedling and early vege. They tend to help the plant bush out more.

You can drop the light lower, during the veg stage we would recommend the hanging distance is 18-24 inches above the plants, and 12-18 inches above the plants during the flowering stage.
