Indoor Med GOM 1.0 + Biodiesel Mass (250w CFL)

Where did you guys hear about the Med GOM being sensitive to nutes? There are plenty of grows here with autos that can take over 2.0 of EC. I´m thinking of trying out the Med GOM myself.

I've read as many grow journals specific to growing Med GOM and the people that have given them nutes or tried to change the pH all had a similar result...nute burn.

I moved the BioDiesel to my closet as it is growing faster than the 2 Med GOMs. The BD is under an 85w 5500K CFL and a 42w (not sure of the spectrum but from the looks of it I would say 2700K). After moving it I could move the lights a lot closer to my Med GOMs. Also starting the 16/8 cycle tonight

The BD is looking really good compared to the 2 med GOMs. I pruned some of the lower fan leaves today. Also I changed the lights for the BD to two 105w 5500K CFL bulbs

In autoflowers some phenotypes are just shorter than others, gotta live with it..
What I usually do when I have very different heights in my growroom is to raise the shortest plants by putting a box or another pot under them until all the tops are aligned under the lamp. This way I make sure all plants receive the maximum light intensity (as with CFLs the intensity decreases A LOT with distance).
In your case I would put back all the plants in the same growroom, raise the GOMs to align the tops to the BD, use a small light to supplement the shortest GOM, and maybe one more lamp on the side of the BD as the lowest branches will get a very low light intensity.
I would also NOT have pruned the leaves. The short lifespan of autoflowers does not allow any shock: no topping, no pruning, if possible not even transplanting.

Guys, I know how you feel.....

I usually grow many different strains at the same time under my LED's and I have had to be quite inventive with whatever buckets, pots, boxes etc to even out my canopy. One light four uneven plant heights.
It can get to be quite a sight!!!
We could go down the LST or SCROG route but sometimes they are also different ages, so Lego, shoe boxes, beer buckets etc it is, ha

Good luck guys, eP.

I often used neons for veg stage and they worked great.
I never tried them for flower though..

It can totally be done.Im just talking about lights and the root system.by its very principles light should not be involved with proper development within a living organism that is root(s).Chemosynthesis is a similar example."AFN smoke out"

I wish I had access to enough bud to add raw cannabis to my diet...soon enough ;)

I still have the plants separated, the BD in my closet and I added a cheap LED panel to the 2 CFL bulbs. I really like the look of just using LED light, not to mention the incredible heat output so I will be getting a better one soon for my next grows
