If you have a tracking number, then it is solely up to USPS to track down that package.. They can't just say "we don't have it".. And they would not tell you to contact the sender if you have a tracking number. Sounds like the package was last seen in the possession of the post office. It's definitely their job to locate it at this point. This whole thing is frustrating. I've contacted Mephisto, only to be told they sent the package out on the 4th, and to contact the local USPS. The local USPS tells me they don't have the package, don't know where it is and to contact the shipper. Who then tells me to contact the local USPS, again. So I'm getting ran in circles.
All I want to know is, is there a plan B?
