Holy shit, throwing away 1.4 oz of bud is something I hope I never have to do. Hopefully just a once in a lifetime event.

Plant #2 looks great, will be following her progress for sure.

You don't have to tell me. I wanted to cry. My wife kept making fun of me. She asked me if I was going to bury it in our pet grave yard Until she realized I was really upset.

My whole life I learned my hardest lessons from screwing up and this is no exception.

We have had rain for over a month almost every single day after the flooding in October. During the time I was drying It has been raining non stop for two weeks I mean non stop. Humidity was high. Some of my buds were not as small as I uselessly like them and I ran out of paper bags when I needed just one more. I planned on getting more the next day after work..... Kept forgetting until I was like they are fine.

So I have nobody to blame except myself . I can guarantee you one thing I wont make those mistakes again.

Good news There is no sign of anymore mold. Fingers crossed

Thanks for stopping by dude.:pass:

Sorry to hear about the mold man I know how you feel. I lost my whole first ever harvest to mold. On top of that my last sour crack grow I lost the main cola which was probably a little over a half ounce to bud rot. My heart was racing and dropped to my stomach when I saw it the day before harvest. That's shit sucks when 2 months or more work goes away overnight. The good thing is you learn to be more careful the next time. Atleast you got it out of the way like you said you won't ever make that mistake again.

What a bummer FI,i would have been near suicidal if that happened to me.I hate it when im trying to dry buds when its pissing down all the time.As it is now in the UK,drying takes for ever and its easy to get impatient.A very harsh lesson to learn mate.
I have my fingers Xed for you, youre current lady is looking well, magnificent in fact.
Arnt you just loving growing in coco with a drip system?

Thanks dude.

Definitely very harsh lesson to learn. I think I'm out of the woods. They are in their jars curing at 62% I check them every day. It takes me a solid hour to spill out each jar and inspect and sniff each one and they smell amazing.

Do I love coco and the drip? Hell Yeah I do! So simple with amazing results. Now that I have cal/mag understood and no more spider mites I plan on upping my game. Little scary but I am going out of town for 7 days over Thanksgiving. I think I have it cover though. I have a spare Auto top off from my fish tank and I ordered another. I will fill up their res and an additional 5 gallon bucket so that's a total of 8 gallons. I also will be leaving a old phone set to live stream in the grow box so I can keep an eye on them. I don't have anyone to check in on them except one friend who lives an hour away If I call he will come. So I think I might be able to sleep at night.

My mystery #2 is just wonderful she is next to perfect....Love that girl LOL.

Sounds like your pretty sorted leaving the ladies, without a doubt a big benefit of using an auto system. I love the simplicity of soil, but it's a pain in the arse when we go away.
Like the idea of the old phone to keep an on things, if nothing else just to put your mind at rest.

Mystery #2 does look good, amazing how we can love our plants so much when they just stay healthy and grow.

pdate mystery #2 day 59 started third week into flower. Have a slight calcium deficiency now feeding cal mag at 4ml per liter for a few cycles to try and get it under control.

Still looking for some clues as to what she is. Her smell is stinky but mostly earthy with a touch of sweetness. Not so much piney like most of my others were. SO what you think @Mitch

Update day 70

Well she survived the 6 days I was on vacation....I got to say that was stressful .

She is real healthy although she has a bit of burn around her leaves. If I would have been gone just one more day she would have went dry she drank just shy of 8 gallons in 7 days.
