Indoor Mississ Growsstuff

:tiphat: Hi Mississz! ...back for another tour of the other side of the 'Turd world,...:D: LOL!!- I like your stacking style! I don't see poor Musturds' body with plants stacked on it in there, so I guess y'all learned to share? :roflcry: ...You and your Condiman keep such nice, clean, orderly tents, which is beneficial in several other ways besides mere aesthetics!! Ooo, here's a nice :karma Cloud: for the wee Mumbler to get :Foxy:on ya!... **** I'm digging that RP too, Mrs.'Turd,...those leaves are large and look fatter-fingered than usual! ...Oh Man! :Stones slap: - Big Sis' is starting to resemble a Maori war club! Swampy's right about how they hold density and weight when they dry,... I think you'll have a pleasant surprise when she steps on the scale,...-LOL!! And the frost, ohhh my...as the bud shrinks the globules move closer and pack tighter, you'd swear they grew in size during the process! On parts of mine the color is literally obscured by the Bedazzled layer above it...:High 5: I can't wait to try!!.... *****
:jaw: *clang* Again! :booya: BC purple tower of she-power!!:bow::bow: :beast::grat: WORSHIP ME!! Kneel before the 'Turd World!! :roflcry: :brow: ... she is a prize, Mississ, no doubt!... get a load of those super long pistil-lashes .... and to think, she's just getting started! Has she stopped vertical growth yet, or at least slowed down?....Mmmm, just think how fat her buds are going to be,....:smoke: ...love what your cookin'!! :stir:

Giggity.....those ladies are looking great. Love the Norma avatar too:thumbs:

@Romeo I love me some smokin ladies!

@Waira the BC has stopped vertical growth, thank goodness! She has long thin colas everywhere. I did have an issue with my ph pen and may have over done it a couple days not knowing it wasn't reading right. I'm sure I gave it a feeding with a ph over 8. So I have a bit of leaves with black spots and yellowing. I investigated and looks like a potassium deficiency. The RP and my 16oz have some signs too but I'm working on it. I want to give my plants a banana! :coffee break:

Hi Mississ :stylez rasta smoke: ...got a pic or 2 to show us? the early symptoms of K and Ca are very similar,...I can't believe it's a lock-out situation, as both of these are fine at pH 8, in solution and soil, so it must be straight-up defc., .... Ah! -but P gets real twitchy at pH 8!... Hmmm, SG bloom has plenty of P and K, but black spots and yellowing don't really match up with P defc. (older leaves turn dark colors, green, purple, edges brown out, then yellowing and death, but nothing about necrotic spots)... My 'white' MoB was problematic with this, diagnosis was uncertain, so I used Ca-Mg sup's and molasses (good K source, chelated even!), and it stopped the advancement... I'm sure you have similar nute-pH charts,...only other nutes that get 'locky' are Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn,.... the last being the most likely given the symptoms,...Mississ, is it the older leaves showing signs? K is fully mobile, Ca poorly so,... LOL!! now that I've muddied the waters, my best guess is still with Ca /K.... pic me! :stylez rasta smoke:

Yep older leaves have it the most and I'm using Roots HPK to help out. I think it's helping so far. The BC has the most issues but the buds are doing good, the Red posion is still pretty young so I'm more nervious about that one. Do you think it could be the recycle dirt? Was reading some stuff when looking into my leaves and that kept coming up.

IM NOT REUSING soild unless there TLO ..

I Reused it this time but wont do it a 3rd ...
Dunno they say u can reuse it but i only have a 50/40 mind frame.on it ...
I know if perlute is green is a No/no the Bacteria has dieed and become Anerobic ..

.....Let's see if we can refine the diagnosis :wiz:...(Think-typing here); The soil,... if it's part depleted/recycled, it might be running a bit thin on reserves, even with the dolomite amended (covers just Ca); are all affected plants in the same soil basically?.... nute' sources, I saw at first post...AN Ph perfect- self correcting, right? Was it this stuff you fed with, maybe was at pH 8? or was it a different blend, which would make that more likely? The soil still should have some buffering capacity; what kind of water do you use?.. mineral content is what I'm interested in here, for Ca/buffering input to soil; Oh, what did you see about trouble with recycled soil, Mississ? (...all this is me trying to pin down the likely nute' suspect!) **** ...Older leaves affected says it's a mobile nute', drawing off of them in favor of new growth; this points more to K than Ca, though it doesn't eliminate it because it's still "semi-mobile"; these two are 'friends' of sorts, as Ca can help with the uptake of K; if Ca is really low, it can slow down K uptake as well, even if there's some K available in the soil...More muddy waters! LMAO!! You see why at a certain point one stops trying to get singularly specific and just says "screw it, suspects narrowed down to 2-3 things, so shot-gun nute' blast time!!"...:Stones slap: :WTF: ...KISS says just add Ca-Mg to the HPK, mild strength, and go foliar and soil; you'll have to be a precision sprayer on the BC if you want to keep the soln. off the young buds, and focus on just leaves (top and bottom!), also, a wetting agent/water spreader is a very important additive to make sure the goodies are spread over the max. area possible for uptake into plant...out of the lights, of course, plus a cooler spot to keep it from evaporating too fast (misting with pure H20 once or twice helps keeps the goodies in soln.)... this is my best guess, without knowing the soil pH for sure, but l don't think it's that out of whack, if at all, for reasons stated before... :Stones slap: I couldn't believe how much Ca that MoB needed for a while there, when the other was just fine,...I water with RO/tap blend to about 150ppm hardness, so it wasn't like there was no Ca going in besides what's in the nute's....:shrug:Sometimes, I think that it maybe that the plant itself isn't efficient at taking in certain nute's, for whatever reason, even if there's otherwise plenty there,...not so much that there's not enough around......just a thought, one I'd like to ask Jm about (he-da-MAN!)
So, I'm leaning toward K too, but maybe Ca is playing a role here as well, so hose'm down with the blend, and we'll see shortly! Great catch to spot early signs, Mrs.'Turd! :High 5:

Here is a look at the BC and her spots.
She doing fine otherwise, buds are growing, the HPK is working I think.

The Red Poison had some browning too...

Here's my Mummbling Dragon at 18 days doing fine, waiting on some girly parts.

:D: Thanks for the pics! They make a strong case for K defc. in the girls (edges /tips browned out on older leaves); BC's spotting is a less common symptom, and looks more like Ca defc., which is why early diagnosis is sometimes tricky! Heck, it still might be, but since it's on older leaves, and it appears to be halting with your treatments,...nahhh! LOL!!- I concur, Dr. Mississ :wiz: :High 5: -good spot, good call, good fix! (at least that's what I'm going with :karma Cloud:)..... {Johnny Bravo}-- "Right!!... What I say??" :WTF: :slap:

Thank you Waira  I need to send you more rep for your sweet harvest!! The girls are already looking better and the BC is filling out. I had to tie her up to stop from leaning to much to the side. She is a tall auto in a little pot.
