Mephisto Genetics Mixed Mephisto - COB Grow...(NCH, Stilton Special, MBAP, Chem City Blues)

Thought I would start my second proper journal on here...im really slack with logging my grows unless I make a diary/journal so helps me out a lot!

I started a run nearly 2 months ago but i neglected the poor things due to life taking over...i kept a lonely grape crinkle that actually seemed to get to a good size and I have just let it finish itself...think i might get a 1/2oz off her but fuck it she smells lovely and im certain it will be a good smoke...

Anyway about 14 days ago i germinated 2 more seeds, Chemdogging and Chem City Blues by Mephisto to actually put some care and attention into...i feel as if they are a bit behind in comparison to my last grow, I have no idea why, conditions havent changed, same light, same temps, humidities, they just look behind which is a shame...it could just be me being paranoid but you never know! When I compare them to my previous journal at day 14 they were almost double the size and touching the edges of the pots where as these arent even close....I will probably see them through to the end unless someone can chime in and tell me they are way behind and i will just start again...ive left a space for a Northen Cheese Haze when it arrives and will probably chuck one of the other new strains in when the grape crinkle is finished in a week or so...

My setup is as follows...
1.2m x 0.8m x 2.0m Tent
RVK Sileo 125 Extract & Rhino Pro Filter
DIY 200W COB Light (4x 3070 4000K & 4x 3590 3500K COBS with a Meanwell HLG-185-C700B Driver)
16L Rhizopots
2 x 7" Clipon Oscilating Fans
Dehumidifier
CO2 with Unis Controller (Pretty Basic)
80W Tubular Heater
Plant Magic Old Timer Nutrients, including Root stimulant ad Granules.
Biobizz All Mix soil

Just gonna dump the photos I have taken so far with the latest being day 13 from popping above soil...

And some bud shots of the grape crinkle...to show how neglected it got i forgot to flush at the 4/5 week period and it had a serious change overnight and i literally mean within 12 hours it went from looking pretty healthy to going fully yellow...flushed and got a heavy feed but it suffered badly...fortunately she only has a week or so left I massively tied her down as an experiement as well...wanted to see if it would help promote side branches etc...

hopefully they are good...never tried these strains as its only my 4th grow but ive had some chemdawg before and its a good smoke! i just know how important a day or two is with autos and the fact they look a couple of days behind is a bit gutting but im gonna see how they pan out...hopefully they stay small so the NCH can get massive

Yea ive got my setup dialled in just right at the moment...a fairly continous 26 degrees, 50-60% humidity and the COB's...why I am so shocked that these havent gone as well as I had hoped...im almost tempted to sack them off and start again but it would be my second time in a month starting new seeds One of them has got a lot larger overnight and the smaller one has but not too much....i might even just sack off the smaller one as it seems at least 4/5 days behind where as the larger one of the two looks like its only 1 day behind...

I still have no idea which one i would be binning as I lost the labels...lucky dip the grape crinkle smells ridiculously nice and the frost is amazing! really really appealing plant! Im glad ive got another 4/5 seeds as I will 100% pop a few more soon enough!

I decided to bin off the smallest of the two seedlings...no idea which one of the two it was the chemdogging or chem city blues but it hadnt grown at all over the 2/3 days where as the other one has picked up a bit...

I received my 4/20 seeds and booooyyyyyy was i happy...put a Northern Cheese Haze, Stilton Special and MBAP into germinate...MBAP and NCH showed tap roots within 12 hours using my normal technique and ive tried the glass of water technique for the Stilton Special. The MBAP and NCH are in 16L pots now waiting to pop the soil and the SS sunk but no tap root so going to chuck it in the paper towel and see if it pops...that will go in and im hoping this grape crinkle will be done in a few days to give them all their own space in the tent....

yea i really cant wait to smoke some of these new strains...being a UK head some of them will bring me back to my childhood...the NCH im so excited for....how are yours getting on? My stilton special went into soil this morning and the grape crinkles looking tasty!
