My new soil. Can you check please??

i'm planning to start with the new grow and i try to ask to my friend (he is an agronomist and he have a quite big horticulture)
to made a good recipe for my next grow.
I've asked to my friend a light soil because i want to start the seeds in the final pot (12,5lt air-pot) and then i will fertilizze with BioGrow and BioBloom.

that's my friend's recipe

80lt professional substrate
15lt perlite
10gr TT44
Leonardite 20gr each pot


Professional substrate:
peat
black peat
clay
manured
added to compound mineral fertilizer npk

organic carbon 37,8 %
nitrogen 0,44%
organic material 65,2 %
natural ph 5,5-6,0
ph (h20) 6,0
electrical conductivity 0,3 dS/m
dry bulk density 180 kg/m3
total porosity 90 % v/v

TT44:
micorrizze (endomicorrizze glomus spp) 4%

please, what do you think about this soil???
can i start the seeds in that soil or it's better start with a more light soil??
it's a good recipe or something is missing??
talking about the biobizz, this soil it's more similat to the "Light-Mix" or to the "All-Mix"??

For me, I just buy bio bizz light mix form germ'n. Bio Bizz all mix for after transplant. Much easier, but fair play for trying something like this. Wish you all the best with it, I don't know enough to advise you on your soil, but try it, I've done laods of experimenting since starting growing.

Yeah i know but i have to buy the biobizz soil online so i want to try to ask to my friend if he can give me somethings that it's similar to the light-mix.
just because i don't need the car for go to my friend's shop. if buy it online they send me a truck at home... just a small way for try to decrease the smog.

I wrote here because i hope to found someone that can understand all the data that i wrote and can told me if this soil is light or not if it is good or not.

Ok, i'll start my grow diary then i hope to found some people that can give me some help, info and tips.
