:He would have to absolutely crash and burn like Chizik at Auburn did (he went 0-7 in the SEC) or Les will get a lot of rope... a whole lot. The problem for LSU, IMHO, is that there is so much talent in the state that it's hard with a couple good coordinators to get below 8 wins and you'll usually get 10 if you recruit the state well, which Les does do. He has won a Nat'l Championship there, and has consistently had a top ten (if not top 5) team year in and year out. His body of work at LSU is tough to argue with...

You guys are in a tough spot, swamp. All the LSU fans I talk to have come to the realization that Lester is the problem... Hopefully, he can keep recruiting well enough to keep you guys in the thick of things... And, you do have great coordinators. I don't see him going anywhere unless the wheels fall completely off for a few years.
