Thanks swamp... you wouldn't know this, but I've spent quite a bit of time around Thibodeax, Raceland, Houma, Carencro, New Iberia, etc... close with some Theriot's, Drinkwater's, and others who live over there. There is much love between some of us, so LSU/BAMA week has no hatred associated with it, as seems to be the case with many others. We love us some college football, but we love each other more.

man I just seen we got beat by Vanderbilt..

Saban's first year... we lost to ULa Monroe... and practically every decent team we played that year... went 6-6 and barely got in a bowl game... with our newly hired $4,000,000 a year coach (next highest paid at the time was about $2mil).

I just knew altohough i didnt want to give up , but that first drive lost to a fumble depicted the Game ...

I was at the grand opening of the Winchester Saloon in Thibodeaux (probably long since gone) in the mid '70's. The owners were close to people I was close with... I used to go down there so much it was like a second home. Those people and I got on very well together... which ain't always the case with outsiders.

mmmm... nothin' like real Souther La. anduoille and and boudin... (ahn-doo'-ee and boe'-don to you foreigners : ) I love me some turtle soup... and that's the only place you can get the real stuff.

just saw where Jameis just got slapped with a sexual assault ... let me put my big surprise face on... far as I'm concerned that should be immediate expulsion. and yes that goes for ALL schools including OSU...

Hasn't been charged... I heard on ESPN that the charges were dropped locally, but the state just saw them today, and the story got out before the state was informed there was no case... lot's of conflicts so I'm going to reserve judgment.

It's out now. So, if the delay was the result of a cover-up, that ship has sailed. Every investigative reporter in the US will be all over this. If he's guilty, his life is over at 19 y.o. That's no reason to give a person who does something like this a break, but it's still sad. I feel for his mom and dad, either way.
