I am trying to decide on how many plant's I should have i and maximize space and light.
depth 24" width 30"hight 72"
i will be using 3 gallon smart pot, fax farm ocean mix,
Under a 400watt hps my temps are from 72-89
any advice would be greatly appreciated.:peace:

So about 60 cm x 75 cm (for the rest of the world)....

I would say 2 - 6 even. Depends on the strain, growing style, your skills as a grower etc. I would go with 4 for now as Namvet suggests.

EDIT: Also your upper temperature should be 81f or about 27c maximum because anything about that and bud growth slows and it becomes airy because it's too hot and trying to cool itself. So yields will be reduced. The way to deal with that is to either switch to LED lights or upgrade your extraction fan and increase air intake & air flow.

Extraction of air and heat is in my opinion the biggest mistake for new growers as they assume they have enough but often they do not.

Make sure to test the pH of that FFOF soil before you use it. We've seen some bags with very low pH, as low as 5.0. You may need to add some additional dolomite lime if you got one of the low pH bags.

My seeds
super lemon haze(super auto)-short stuff
ultra lemon haze auto-auto
purple cheese auto-auto
northern lights blue auto-delicious

Thanks for the advice . My temps should be good this grow . It's when its summer here that messes me up.

I'd only do 1 plant in that space if I were running superauto's.
All the supers I've grown have taken up a vast amount of space, especially indoors.
I'd go 2 plants for the non-supers.
NLB is a great strain.
Sending some grow:karma Cloud: karma your way.

I got a 60*60 tent and cant comfortably fit more than one fully grown plant in there at once, U could stagger them ie start one 5 weeks or so after the first.

Wouldnt go with 4 Diffrent Strains in there at least not with Haze/Cheese and Nl they got 3 diffrent Structures in Growth and diffret feedings that can confuse a lot. I would do the 2 Lemon Haze based Genetics first and then the 2 Other ones so u dont have to much to look bout and the 2 Hazes have space to go full potential. Just my 2 cents to this Topic.
