I wouldn't say they are root bound, as there in big enough pots. What nutes are you feeding them?

Also the soil look's like it could use some perlite or what ever you prefer for keeping the soil lose.

There is perlite in the original mix, what I did was make an organic base for the lower part of the pot with 2 types of manure plus bonemeal, then the rest is the potting mix with the perlite, peat and lime. I'm using the nutes that come with the mix to make sure they matched up OK, % 5-15-5

This is currently what they look like. Took their time but got there. From left to right.. Church, great white sh.., auto brooklyn sunrise, and la diva in the pots that have nothing showing.
