hey guys,
last years i arrived prepared to the outdoor season, but this year i faced many difficulties, i lost 2 places whete i growed many years and this year im forced to use pots for now.
usually i growed early strains, like brenda's skunk, fast sweet seeds strains, soms autos like maxi gom, always went good
basically i have humidity problems b/c i grow near rivers, and after mid September mold destroy plants, period
so in these moments i plan to buy autos, because i wanna make an outdoor auto grow.
i choose "the shiznit and autopurple amnesia" from short stuff, and i'm thinking yo buy Automazar from dutch passion, i hear is a strong plant.
basically i need strong plants who have good resistance against humidity
probably i'll be capable to dig an hole and put 1-2 plants in the ground, but pots are better this year for me
Dear friends, what are u thinking of my strains choose? any help?
sorry the wall of text

Personally i would avoid the frisian dew line(its good, just not great) and go with DP's Brooklyn Sunrise and Mazar. Dinafems AWW XXL does very well in a damp uk type climate from what i have read as well. Trying one out this summer.

As someone who grows above 50N in the UK, I can recommend a fair few tried and tested strains for mild, damp climates. Basically you want to stick with photoperiod x auto F1 strains that are going to be early flowering/semi-automatic/FV. I see you have experience with these ;early' strains, so you should stick to what you know. The early photoperiod strains (photo x auto) served me well last year, so I am basing my season around them this year, as well as normal full autos.

As 912GreenSkell said, avoid the Frisian Dew as I have only heard bad/negative stuff about it, and quite a bit, with lots of people saying it tastes of crayons, apparently.

I can recommend the following for our climate...

- Jack 47 FV
- Killer Kush FV
- Green Poison FV
- Serious 6
- Fast Diesel
- Fire99
- Gorilla Haze
- Red Purps

in that order given...

For autos, I would look at

- Alien vs Triangle auto
- AutoBrooklyn Sunrise
- AutoColorado Cookies
- Auto Berry by G13 Labs
- Chem City Blues
- Fantasmo Express
- LSD-25
- Moby Dick XXL
- White Widow XXL

Good luck.

ill grow for sure AutoBrooklyn sunrise, the killer kush fast version (in my experience is better than the green poison fast version), and the moby dick xxl.
Guys do you think that bloom fertilizers like bio bloom and a product like Top Max could help in the entire grow?

I never had problems with the Dew series... And is a good smoke I say

Yes its a good smoke, but in regards to taste and smell along with powerhouse potency i believe there is much better(just going by the couple of times i grew out the dew and duck photo plants) I prefer the duck to the dew, but unfortunately production wasnt there.

Ciao fratello!

Cannot agree in all what is written here....but agree that Dutch passion strains are a good choice and my fav seed coollection, my fridge full of DP seeds....last summer i did Frisian Dew first time and harvested 600 gr. on one plant with beautifull smoke:pass:

Also did Automazars in pots and ground outdoors and they did it pretty well and my personal opinion the smoke on the Mazars outdoors is much better than indoors....:hookah:

I can recommand you also AutoUltimate for outdoors wtih great results, just look at Greenskells journals how he did it....last year i switched from BioBizz nutes to Advanced Nutrients and for me it is much better to handle....just tag me in for any thing or journal you want for sharing, fratello!:bump:
