New Grower New growner need some advice

How many plants you got under those WVTurtle? And how have your results been? Reason I'm asking is cause I have 16 23 watt in veg room and 32 23 watt in flower room and I'm just not satisfied with them. Thinking of upgrading to hps/mh.

id go with the flowering bulb, and dont worry about the lumens, try looking for the bulbs PAR or photosynthetically active radiation. that would be much more useful. just because it doesnt look as bright doesnt mean its not working on the leaves.

Right now I have only 4 going, but am planning to completely fill up my grow rooms.

Ok guys, if I understand it well you say more bulbs in low wattage is more better for me, than 1 big 125W bulb.
I asked it, because I want to use (at first) a low budget box.
If I will use 5-6 20W bulb I can change the bulbs in the flowering time , and can be able to mix the spectrums.
example: in the first 5-6 weeks only use 6500K and when the flowering is start I stet 2 6500K bulb and the other 4 bulb will be changed to 2700K bulbs.
Its a good way to grow?
Unfortunately, I'm not too good financially, and I dont want to make a mistake at the start.

I looked around, what are my options. I find a big store what selling CFL bulbs. I find some bulb what I think I can be use.
23W 1380L 6500K CFL bulb. I figured if I use 6 bulb like this I got 8280L from 138W. You say its better than 1 big bulb, but I dont really understand why.
The 125W CFL bulb what I see first can make 10000L. Why is it better if I use more smaller one? (Perhaps because of the light coming from different directions) I cant find another option. Because at first glance the one big bulb have better properties (125W, 10000L , 6X23W=8280L). Do not want to be clever, I accept the advice, just do not understand why is it better...
In my country I find a grown forum (simply plants, not AF) and in the site I find a grown calculator. It sad for my box (40cmX50cmX80cm) need about 7000L. It can be enought? If its workable I will go to the shop in this week and by the bulbs.
