new mars 2 900 fan problems

So i just hooked up my new light and only one fan works in grow mode and only two out of the four fans work in both grow and bloom mode. Any suggestions? I tried email mars fifteen mins ago so obviously they haven't had a chance to address the malfunction but wow im kinda bummed that i spent all this money and problems already
