Royal queen n/l this was started on 7/1/2014 but has suffered to do much from the word go. I now believe i have a bug problem, noob error of over watering i think, so i have put sharp sand (1inch) in the top of the pot.

Welcome to AFN

Hey WW81
Welcome to AFN!! :)

Nice little setup you have there! looks like it's all going nicely for you!
I have a tip about the CFLs if you like! (They're more efficient if you can get them horizontal - Just another hook in the roof and some garden wire should hold it (i've used string before but don't recommend it))

Let us know if you need any help around the forums and we'll do our best for you!

Happy growing
all the best

Blue ^_^

:welcome::welcome::welcome:

cheers blue much appreciated. I have thought about horizontal hanging but in my noob haste to build my box (didn't wait for lights to arrive) i haven't made it deep enough. I do however intend on sorting the problem by extending the groom when this grow is over as i have 5 00 seeds which are an auto mix so itll need to be bigger so i can get more than 2 pots in there plus hang horizontal

i haven't made it deep enough
 hehe I know how that feels! When i first built my cab i went out and bought everything i "thought" i needed and then when it was all fitted in my tiny cab there was hardly any room left to grow a plant!

.. it's the struggle that makes it so satisfying when it works! :D

Good work WillyWilson! - Hit me up if you need any help! ^_^

Cheers Blue.

Plaster board and timber have all been bought ready, i have also got some cfls fro fleabay with mounting brackets for side lighting lower down the plant extra 45watt each bulb 2 red 2 blue so that should help with the groom mk2. Just looking forward to my grow being done as i haven't smoked properly now for coming on 9 years and back then i could stretch a 20 bag for a week lol.

Welcome! I'll be following your grow, I want to see the difference, if any, in the two variants of NL.

Glad to have you with us:stylez rasta smoke:......Enjoy the site!!!

Thanks peeps.
had to do something with my time as business is slow at the moment.

POP22:- Think this may be an unfair comparison between the 2 variants as im sure the royal queen has got some problems with fungus gnats and hasnt grow that well since she went in the groom but i have another royal queen seed to start after these are finished so i can do a comparison then but not a side by side 1 unfortunately.

Mallo:- Yeah i'll get my self a diary type thing sorted, always looking for advice and tips. Fingers crossed thing go well ;)

CGR:- Cheers dude, seems like a nice place so far, nice warm welcome so thanks to all
