It's when you gather the center of the plant together to let more light to the branches below ... I usually do it around the 2nd week and use light wire or "craft pipe cleaners" ... It helps to really stimulate growth and bush out the plant ... I only leave the wire in place during light hours ... Hopefully these photos will explain it better than I can ...

Sorry to deceive you but the 3 week photos above are the last I'll see of this grow ... I'm back in Florida and the plants are in NY ... my friend just discovered dry ice hash so hopefully he'll do a bang up job of growing them ... I'll be starting a photo grow here in a couple days though there probably won't be any pics for a couple weeks.

The ponytail technique came from another grower ... works really well especially if a person takes it off when the lights go off ... gives the plant a break ...

Last pics before it goes up in smoke ... no idea about weight ... the Blackstar180 HO veg/clone did a pretty good job under some impossible circumstances ...
