New Grower No Pistils??

Hard to tell for sure from just one picture but that sort of looks like one of the recessive ruderalis phenotypes. In researching his book, HASHISH!, Robert Connell Clark documented 17 different phenotypes of wild ruderalis. I've had a similar pheno twice, once from a Snowryder and once from a White Russian. Both had elongated, very loose buds, similar to what I'm seeing in your picture. The smoke was fine but the yields were very poor. Certainly not a desirable pheno but fortunately it rarely pops up.
