I hope they get over there stage fright soon, so I can get to freeking over soil ph and nutes

UK nutes advice needed

I have been looking at getting bio grow for the veg stage and bio bloom for flower, is this all I need ?

I can't quite work out where the fish mix fits in. Would that be instead of bloom or as well ?

and would you recomend using root juice ?

Thanks for looking :dunno:

Hey ya Early, how be the day? good I do hope. your at a little more northern lat that I but for future grows, you can check out Royal Canadian Marijuana Collective(RCMC) oops tent just kicked on...brb..........They have(I believe Hi-Rise and others too) some very quick finishers FOR northern lats such as you and I.pretty much a semi-auto if you will.I noticed I think you said ya germed then planted to your final pot.I know that alot of ppl like doing that ,but you can plant straight to your final pot and sow them 1/2 inch down.1/4 is the general rule yet 1/2 inch down gives it that heavier root structure right off,and just give you a much stronger sprout from the start up.I dunno whatcha got already(nutes wise) cuz my eyes er on fire n didnt read yer thread too much.LOL!hope that help you Early Girlie!Have a great day.:pass:

early girl if your still planting them in your garden you might not need any feed
if you think you need to feed and want to keep costs down try levingtons tomorite(£3ltr @wilco`s) I think that's how its spelt
loads of growers have and still do use it with good results

Here' my two penneth (opinions not facts - everyone has their own ideas).

1. NLA is great choice for newbie outdoors in Northern England.

2. Consider planting in 8" pots rather than directly in veg patch. You can dig a hole to lower the height. You can move pots if unwanted weather or visitors are on the way and it's another barrier for slugs, snails etc.

3. Autoflowers don't respond too well to being transplanted so ideally just put sprouted seeds into final pots (maybe too late!).

4. Don't get too hung up about nutes, pH etc. Biggest problem with most noobies is death by over nutes. With decent soil/compost a little weak bio biz or tomorite will be just fine. And IMHO a pure organic sun and soil grow gives far the nicest smoke!

Good luck!

Thanks for the seed tip Eye's. I will check them out when shopping again. Maybe you can get some drops to help with the fire lol

Thanks nudd, I am adding that feed to my shopping basket now. Is that for the flowering stage ?, do you really think I can get away without nutes up to then ?

Mark up thanks for your help

1- Thanks, I am glad you think so. I did my reserch by there is so much info out there I never know if I have it right or not! lol

2- It is the plan to pot them then put them out in the garden. I didn't think of digging holes though!. I didn't give myself the time to sort out the ground for the veggie plot this year so they will all (all the veg plants) be in bags and pots for this season.

3- Doh, too late for that one. How long after sprouting is it safe to move them ?

4- Thanks, some times I feel like it is one grate mass of infomation and I am not sure how to negotiate it. I want to learn this grow and, hopfully have a nice little smoke at the end of it.

Help very much appreciated. Looking forward to a nice sunny bank holliday in the garden getting the plot ready and planing out a few of the first veggies :)

I have just gone into the conservetory to have a look at how the plants are doing. They have sprouted. All 3 showing about 1/2 inch above the ground :grin::grin:

No time now but I will try to get a :niceshot: later on when I have worked out how to use the up lode feature on this sight.
